Is it secure?

Data security is paramount in any industry and with the bad publicity that has recently been plastered over the news security is more of an issue than ever before. We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted before being transmitted over secure SSL connections to our data centre - the Ultra* Secure Bunker. We also employ the services of HackerSafe to ensure the security of our network. Our data centres are in the UK data never leaves the country.

Is it reliable?

The service is powered by HP servers with full redundancy, RAID drives and all the data backed up is replicated to a second secure data centre.

The cost?

There are two options, the first option is to register as a reseller, you will receive a minimum of 10% discount on our advertised pricing you can either pass this onto your customer or it can be paid to you.

The second option is a Fully Branded solution:

The backend server is fully branded with your own URL https://backup.yoururl.com, your company logo and your company support details.

One off cost £250.00 to provide branding, you will then recieve a minimum of 15% discount on all packages. You will receive an invoice monthly in arrears for the number of clients and the disk space you are using; you are responsible for billing your own clients.
