Service Monitoring

The Backedup247.com service is monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week using the Pro|Active monitoring service offered by Supported247.com. We monitor every part of the service to ensure that your data is always available. As soon as an alert is issued our engineers will immediately start to resolve the issue.

We do need to carry routine maintenance on our servers, this is normally carried out during the day as most companies backup over night. Details of planned maintenance is emailed to all our clients 72 hours in advance of the maintenance period unless it is classed as critical then the email is sent 2 hours in advance.
